Removal Fee (if transferring to another facility): $395

Re-doing/Correcting a Death Certificate: $400 + $30 state + $10 mailing + DC copies

Overweight Charges: $250 flat (200–325 lbs) --- $500 flat (325+ lbs) + container & labor costs

Rush Cremation: $250 (normal time 7–21 business days)

Medicaid Billing: no discounts, usually takes up to 4 weeks

Obituary Changes: $100 per change
